Course Overview

Cambodia has one of the highest rates of social media use in the world — and unfortunately, one of the highest rates of online scams. This course gives students practical tools to protect themselves.

We cover everything from passwords and 2FA to recognising scams that are specifically common in Cambodia — fake job offers, investment scams, romance scams and pig butchering.

A main PowerPoint presentation plus two breakout sessions: Personal & Private Information; False, Fake & Satire.
