IT Club Cambodia is a free IT education programme run under To Grow An Orchid, a privately funded NGO. Our website is itclub-cambodia.com.

We collect very little personal data and do not use advertising cookies or sell data to anyone. This page explains what we do collect, why, and your rights.

What Information We Collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it — for example, when you use our contact form, register interest in the programme, or sign up for updates.

This may include your name, email address, school or organisation name, and your role (teacher, director, student, parent).

We do not collect payment information. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry or request, send you updates about IT Club Cambodia if you have asked to receive them, and share your contact details with the relevant partner school or organisation where this is necessary to deliver the programme.

We will not add you to our mailing list without your knowledge. We will not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Our Mailing List

If you contact us or register interest in the programme, we may add your name and email address to our mailing list. We use this list only to send updates about IT Club Cambodia — typically a small number of emails per year.

You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing admin@itclub-cambodia.com with the subject line ‘Unsubscribe’.

Sharing With Partner Schools

If you are a teacher or school director expressing interest in the programme, we may share your contact details with our partner coordinators in Cambodia to facilitate the introduction. We will only do this where it is directly relevant to your request.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies that WordPress sets automatically to make the site function — for example, to remember your language preference and to keep the partner resources page password-protected for authorised users.

We also use Google Analytics in anonymous mode. This counts how many people visit the site and which pages they view. No personal data is collected, your IP address is not stored, and no information is shared with advertisers. If you prefer not to be included, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies or any cookies that track you across other websites.

Data Storage

Our website is hosted on AWS servers. Contact form submissions are stored within WordPress and may be forwarded by email to our administrators.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete your information, and ask to be removed from our mailing list.
